Thrasher, is an amazing company to work for, at the different home shows I work, it's easy to visit with potential customers about using Thrasher for their home repair. I know when the specialist goes to each homeowner's house, the specialist has the homeowners best interest in mind. Thrasher goes above and beyond to train and get each employee ready to do the best work possible. Thrasher has high integrity as a company and values each customer and employee. I am thankful to be working for a grow company and know I am helping homeowners also! I love my job and love the employees I work with! Thrasher is a place to grow individually as a person but also in your career, it's a win win.

It's a growing company, so there are learning curves along the way, the leadership and management teams do a wonderful job at the grow pains. I know if I have a concern or a 'con' I can talk to HR or a manager, to work out the issues.
