Pros

From top to bottom, I have never worked for or heard of a company that works as a team. This job is for people who want to better themselves as well as co-workers, and are compensated for there efforts. The company mentality is one of positive attitude and forward thinking. The culture is focused on getting better not finger pointing and buck passing.

Cons

BEING A RAPIDLY GROWING COMPANY, YOU HAVE GROWING PAINS.

Pros

I love the people that I work with. I love that we are on the cutting edge and never satisfied with the status quo. I get a lot of satisfaction out of my job. I am friends with my co-workers.

Cons

If you are looking to just punch the clock and do the minimum standard you won't fit in very well here. Customers are definitely a priority so you have to satisfy even the difficult ones.

Pros

Ability to make good money. Competitive work environment.

Cons

Very minimal training. Management wants to micromanage you versus help get you where to you want to be. They tell you what you want to hear early on to get you in the door.
