      Pros

      Employee on-boarding, training and career development is the best I've ever experienced. Top to bottom, employees are held to a high standard for performance and professionalism. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. The work environment is positive. Lots of office amenities (cafeteria, gym, etc.).

      Cons

      Not a con - the organization is continually growing and changing, and change can be harder for some people than others. If you are adaptable and open to change, you will do well.

      Thanks for your feedback. You are spot on when you talk about change. We don't change for change sake, but we also don't operate our business scared. We would rather have the risk of failure than the risk of staying stagnate. And you are right, if individuals don't like that type of environment, they wouldn't like it here!       There are no Pros to this company at all.

      They are terrible to their employees and this company is just based on an earlier reputation that no longer exists.

      Pros

      Good people and culture is great.

      Cons

      You will run you car into the dirt. Better have some savings becuase you wont make money for a while. No cold calling, but the leads are far from quality. You will use your own gas your own cell phone your own laptop heck you even pay for insurance to protect the company.

As a System Design Specialist (Sales Rep) you do provide your own vehicle and going forward, we provide a mileage reimbursement to all employees in this role. We want to make sure each of our customers have a great experience, so we don't give estimates over the phone, instead, we have each of them sit down with a trained and certified representative from our company so they know they are getting the right education and solution for whatever problem they have in or around their home.
