Pros

Thrasher is full of great, hard working and all around fun people who embody the core values of the organization. Relationships are strong & they treat everyone like family. It's an awesome culture to be apart of! Pay and benefits are very competitive. Thrasher is truly the best place to work in Omaha, hands down!

Cons

There is a great cafe on sight where I can easily spend money for lunch!

Thanks for your feedback. We hire individuals that live and breathe our core values and want to create a greater impact. We believe in high expectations, but it's hard to get bought in to a vision when you don't have the relationships so I am glad to know that you have solid relationships at work! Thanks for redefining alongside of us!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate the feedback that you provided and want to address your comments. 1) We pride ourselves on making sure that our employees are paid at or above market value so they in turn can provide for their families. Like I mentioned in previous reviews, we review all pay on an annual basis to make sure we are competitive in the marketplace. Additionally, I am glad you appreciate the tools and equipment you were able to use while on jobsites, we know there is nothing more frustrating that not being able to get jobs done efficiently. 2) I am sorry that you have that perception about our healthcare. If you are interested in providing more specific feedback about what you feel is or isn't working, please reach out to me. We are extremely competitive with the benefits package we offer and review it each year as well. Additionally, we offer a $5000 individual deductible with multiple options, including a HSA match up to $1000 for 2019 to help offset the deductible. 3) As I mentioned above, if you are an active or past employee, please feel free to reach out to me to provide more specific feedback, including what you felt like you were lied to about so that we can learn from this and make sure we are setting up our current and future employees for success.

Pros

Self generated leads, benefits offered, team outings, great installers, great team, realistic earnings 70k-140k

Cons

30,000 miles a year on personal vehicle, no reimbursement, previous review stated bonus for appointment setters, so the leads you get may not be good leads find other things to help them with, no ridealong or coaching in the last 3 to 4 months with my manager, it was said by upper leadership that we have the right to terminate on the spot as you have the right to quit in the spot, they want you to be open with issues or ideas, but never seems to do much except pick out the ones that arent bought in. Team members that are looking for leadership positions will always be management side of things even though they do not agree, which I get.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we take this feedback seriously and wanted to address some of the comments you wrote. As part of our offer process with our outside Sales reps, they are responsible for using their own vehicle to travel to and from the appointments but we offer a higher base salary with a robust commission plan to offset that. We are extremely transparent during this process so that as offers are accepted, each individual knows what they are responsible for and what the company is responsible for. Each year, we take a look at our compensation plans for all employees to make sure that we are offering roles/salaries above or at market value and we are currently doing so for the outside sales team. While doing this, we have engaged all the sales employees to discuss what they are happy with, what suggestions they have for changing and/or adjusting the plan. It is important to do this with larger groups vs. making decisions like this in a silo so I apologize that you don't feel like your opinions were heard as that is not our intention. We strongly encourage all employees to discuss their frustrations, comments, or feedback with their managers but we also encourage them to make sure they are doing it effectively while offering suggestions. We want all employees to have a relationship with their manager that they feel comfortable discussing both the positive and areas for opportunity with them. Part of each manager’s responsibility is to do ride-alongs with their teams, however, as teams grow and new employees are being trained along with other reps having ridealongs, we would be lying to say that not everyone gets the same attention as we encourage our managers to be strategic on how and who they spend their time with so they can coach and develop their team to the desired level. Again, I want to thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write this review.
