I am sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience while working here. It's unfortunate that your review doesn't give us much to go off of for us to improve others' experience. We have been named Omaha's Best Places to Work, for 3 years in a row, and that award is strictly based off employee's feedback on our culture, workplace, benefits, team dynamics and other items. As we have mentioned multiple times below, we know we are not perfect, therefore, we use surveys, check-ins, focus groups and even posts like this to consistently improve our processes and experiences for our employees and homeowners. I wish you the best of luck in your next role.

Earn a lot and get fired

Pros

Not many positives about Thrasher other than the camaraderie with the other guys in the trenches.

Cons

Stick it to the employees with cost, and if anyone gets close to the accelerated bonus Thrasher either fires them or does not give them any appointments. Easy to cycle through many sales reps, keep pumping 1000% markup back to the mother ship and screw the people doing the work. If you like being mistreated, then work for Thrasher

Great Company

Pros

Thrasher has grown a lot and is settling into their new structure and size. They have figured out how to balance the needs of individuals to feel connected and manage as a larger organization. While not perfect, the company tries to make individuals the best they can be.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment with high expectations. If you do not like responsibility or high expectations you will not like working at Thrasher. It is not a place where you can hide or coast as an employee.
