      Narrow minded and quick to fire

      Pros

      Make good money if you perform with a dependable business where your leads are provided for you.

      Cons

      they will fire you for very small things or they just won't even tell you. The management is very narrow minded and that could lead this company in the wrong direction.

      Pros

      I can't speak highly enough about Thrasher and the people that work there. The people that work at Thrasher are caring, genuine, and downright good people. The culture that Thrasher possesses is top notch and incomparable to others in the construction industry. If you are looking for a place that has high expectations, this is the place for you. Thrasher places high expectations on all employees but gives them every resource, support, and training to achieve these high expectations. You will be challenged daily to be your best and that is all that you can ask for as an employee. The work environment is fast paced yet fun. If you are passionate about the contracting/construction industry I recommend you look into Thrasher.

      Cons

      The company is growing so there are a fair amount of processes that need some fine tuning, but I am confident that leadership will have these ironed out in the near future.

You are 100% accurate on our high expectations and our fun/fast-paced environment. I am glad you enjoyed your time here. We are the first to admit that we are not perfect, but spent the majority of time in 2017 dialing in our processes, procedures and implementing new systems so that our internal and external customers can have a redefining experience. With that, change can be hard and a struggle, so thanks for staying with us during that transition. As you mentioned, we have other processes that we need to fine tune and we are excited about improvements those will drive for our employees and customers.       Pros

      I have had the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the leadership team at Thrasher. I am continuously impressed that their decisions are consistently made with the best intentions for their employees and customers. The Thrasher family has been beyond generous to its workforce and community since its inception, which I am lucky enough to see on a regular basis.

      Cons

      This is a tough-love environment. If you aren't thick-skinned enough to work with real, honest feedback then this is not the environment for you. I on the other hand love this level of transparency and think it's what keeps the best employees around and fulfilled. I am grateful to work for an employer that keeps me challenged and engaged.

As you are aware, and it sounds like you have experienced this as well, we bestow the gift of high expectations on people, but we do it with the love and belief that they can accomplish what they didn't think they could before.
