The people - tight knit group that is genuine, authentic, and transparent. Amazing work culture that is a balance of fun and hard work with high expectations. Always learning and growing is a necessity as the company is very forward thinking. Opportunities for growth - technical and leadership training are expectations of all managers, which provides ample resources for growth at all levels; flat culture, so growth is in accountability and responsibility, not title. Resources - the owner's and management invest and reinvest in the company and the people. Innovative - always looking for a better way and a better product. Industry leader - opportunities for impact inside company and across the country with other dealers.
