Pros

The people that I worked day to day with were the best. Made some great friends that I will have for the rest of my life.

Cons

When hired was told that the position payed $60k and up. Was there for over a year and never got close. The turn over became huge. They spoke of growth but it was more turn over than growth.

They do an amazing job of hiring great people that are great to get along with, and honestly, I was very surprised about how well this company does this. Greg Thrasher is a great person and someone to look up to as a leader. The values of the company are sincere, very clear, and they take them seriously.

Cons

It's hard to be positive when you are constantly worried about your job status. Multiple members of management and other staff were "not a culture fit" or "were let go after multiple discussions". It's hard to keep a good culture when people have no clue what is going on with a revolving door of employees. For sales, be prepared to spend $1,000 on an initial investment in your new job.

Work hard, play hard culture. Lots of opportunities to grow and develop. Good access to leadership. Regular training is available for all positions.

Cons

Some managers that have been promoted from within the organization are still learning about management. Decisions can't be made quite a quickly as they could a few years ago.
