      Pros

      Thrasher has a great work and family environment that you get accepted into right away! Always working hard to invest in their employees to help them grow. Doing whatever it takes to take care of their customers. The best company I have ever worked for and grateful for everything they have done for me! The on boarding process is longer than some companies but truly show how important it is to them to find the right people to bring in.

      Cons

      Nothing that would change my mind about working here. We go through the same challenges as any other company but we own up to them and work through them as a team.

      Thrasher, is an amazing company to work for, at the different home shows I work, it's easy to visit with potential customers about using Thrasher for their home repair. I know when the specialist goes to each homeowner's house, the specialist has the homeowners best interest in mind. Thrasher goes above and beyond to train and get each employee ready to do the best work possible. Thrasher has high integrity as a company and values each customer and employee. I am thankful to be working for a grow company and know I am helping homeowners also! I love my job and love the employees I work with! Thrasher is a place to grow individually as a person but also in your career, it's a win win.

      Cons

      It's a growing company, so there are learning curves along the way, the leadership and management teams do a wonderful job at the grow pains. I know if I have a concern or a 'con' I can talk to HR or a manager, to work out the issues.

      Pros

      Management takes care of their employees and values each employee. People throughout the company are genuine and develop meaningful relationships with all employees. The leadership of the company is very transparent and open. There is also great opportunities to grow within the company and grow as a person. The company has high expectations for all that work there but this is a really good thing because they have the resources to meet the high expectations!

      Cons

      Their are no negatives when it comes to working at Thrasher.
