Pros

Thrasher is a Friendly work environment. Each member is encouraged to make decisions and if a mistake is made it is turned into a learning opportunity. There is at work and outside of work team building activities, which makes for a fun environment.

Cons

At times you can work long hours, but that is something I have always encountered in my career in construction and is just part of the job.

Pros

It is so painfully obvious that your marketing team writes these bogus, ultra positive reviews. Anyone with any sense can see right through this. The language is the same. The style is the same. They are repetitive. And they pop up when real, honest reviews of this company are written. The jig is up. Take your medicine and actually make this a decent place to work. It is sad, desperate and pathetic to keep posting your ridiculous, fake reviews.

Cons

Apparently there are a lot of cons if you read the real reviews and not the ones manufactured by your marketing team.

Pros

The culture here is unprecedented and better than any other businesses I have worked for. They respect you as a person and as an employee, take your work/personal/family life balance seriously, and got your back when you make a mistake; then take the time to educate or train you to avoid the same mistake in the future. Great benefits and always taking care of their internal as well as external customers the best that they can. With any growing company with a great reputation such as theirs, there are high standards. Some may see this as con and others may see it as a challenge and opportunity to better themselves or help the company strive to continue to redefine the industry.

Cons

If you don't like a challenge or have the ability to adapt and change. This would be a con for you.
