Pros

I enjoy working with such a great team. From top to bottom the company wants to do the right thing for customers and employees.

Cons

No company is perfect, but Thrasher does a much better job living up to its values compared to other companies I have worked for.

LOVE MY JOB

Pros

Thrasher is not like other companies out there. My co-workers are like my family. We respect each other and the work that we do. We work hard and handle tough situations but we also have fun too. This company works very hard to find the right fit for each individual employee. They management does not micro manage and allows each employee to make decisions and figure out how to solve problems. They allow us to be a part of what makes Thrasher a great place to work. I truly love my job!

Cons

I will say that Thrasher has gone through some big changes in the past year. Thrasher is a growing company and not every employee handles growth and change well. So some employees may no longer be here due to that.
