Pros
Amazing culture that you have to experience to believe. Everyone is genuinely positive, happy, and truly wants the best for you as an individual. They provide all the tools, equipment, and training needed for a team leader to succeed. Our #1 priority is making sure our customer are happy with the work that was completed and wowed by our service. If you are a leader and can embrace and ever changing environment this is a great place for you. No one individual is greater than the whole, I've seen 3 top producers let go because they were negatively impacting our culture, pretty refreshing if you ask me.
Cons
Out of town travel in production department averages about 50%, which can be tough if you don't have a supportive family. Work life balance is tough, but the trade off is great pay
