      Thrasher Basement Systems is a great place to work. I feel like it is one of the best places to be employed in Omaha.

      Pros

      Even with the rapid growth the company is experiencing, there is still the feel of a family owned and run business. The benefits and compensation are very competitive for the area and for our type of business. Thrasher Basement Systems is very progressive company with great leadership.

      Cons

      There are a lot of new employees. It is a challenge to get to know everyone on a personal level.

      Pros

      I love the family atmosphere! Although the company is growing, they make a point to continue to get to know all their employees and have a true sense of caring for their employees. Every decision is made with the company's values in mind and the actions the company takes mirror their mission and values. The entire company works as a team and employees are recognized for their contributions. I'm excited about my job and look forward to coming to work every day. The passion they have for their customers and employees is contagious!

      Cons

      Due to growth, there are currently some space constraints, but they are being resolved. Growth is a good problem to have!

      Pros

      Greg and Nancy are two of the best people you could ever hope to work for. Great family. Great leadership. Great co-workers. You help people solve problems that would otherwise keep them up at night.

      Cons

      Depending on the line of work you are looking for, there is some travel involved. I personally enjoy the travel aspect, but for some it may be a con. The bright side is you are home every friday.
