      Pros

      I enjoy and look forward to coming to work each day. Everyone on staff works hard and gets along great with each other. We truly are one team and all have the same outlook on the company and all want our customers to be happy and satisfied. I think I speak for us all when I say that we are disappointed if a customer isn't happy with the end result and go the extra mile to make them happy. We all want to be the best at what we do and succeed.

      Cons

      We are quickly growing and it's hard to keep track of employees and know their names if we don't interact on a daily basis.

      Pros

      This company and everyone who works here cares deeply about creating amazing results for their customers and co-workers. We challenge each other to get better everyday and the results are incredible! The company offers awesome training and growing opportunities. Co-workers, management, peers all care about each individual and treats everyone with respect. Every department follows a process to serve customers that puts the customer first and sets up each person for success in their positions.

      If you don't like to work hard, hold yourself and be held accountable, or challenge yourself to improve in your position on a daily basis in order to create better results for yourself, your company, and your customer, then this probably isn't the place for you.

      The people are the best! Everyone is committed to being the best in our industry and Wowing our customers before, during, and after every installation.

      Cons

      Can not think of any. I have personally referred family. friends and even customers to come to work at thrasher.
