Pros

Opportunity to help people. Large opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Staff are difficult to work with. Essentially no training provided. Management with no clear vision for the facility and they are not qualified to hold the positions they are in. Due to staffing they leave their staff in unsafe situations.

It was difficult to get all different types of staff to adhere to treatment plans and training for good continuity of care.
