No security , preceptors not wanting to train, no good system, paper charting, staff only talk to you if your apart of their cliques they form !

Unsafe, poor staffing (not just due to Covid) in the years I worked there they never ever got a handle on it and just when they did they pushed away their best employees. Toxic work environment, unsupportive management, conservative, outdated ideals on managements behalf. Very few employees seemed to put patient care first and if you were one of them you seemed to have more issues brought to you by management.
