Great experience with patients of a diverse population.

Cons

Poor management at times. Under paid and unfair wage differences. Safety and concerns of staff are not well managed.

Pros

Great co-workers, most are friendly and hardworking. It's never a boring day. Occasionally received free employee meals

Cons

Management is not helpful at all. Pay isn't great for the amount of work you will have to do. Don't expecct everyday to be "normal" or go as planned, always expect the unexpected.
