Pros

- Media, branding, marketing, partnerships and sales are exceptionally strong. - Most hires are great people and wonderful to work with. - Mission, benefits and compensation feel good. - Arianna values employees sending company emails with their thoughts on the industry and almost always responds.

Cons

- The negative reviews below from a while back still hold true. - Employee churn is high, more than other series B startups. It spans C-suite, managers and entry-level employees. - Key people on the executive team lack the wise, data-driven, trusting, empowering attributes most of us seek in leadership, and instead have reputations for being theatrical and flip-flopping easily. - Innovation and true science-backed work is low compared to other companies in the space. - There’s consensus across teams that there’s a lack of focus in the company.

A case study in toxic hypocrisy

Pros

Pay is solid, big-name customers, and some very talented employees.

Cons

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Thrive Global. As the countess reviews already state, this company is plagued by a toxic culture, rampant nepotism, poor leadership, and high employee turnover. The sad irony is that Thrive calls itself a "wellness company," although most of the employees are so stressed or burnt out that they leave within a few months- or get fired for not "fitting in with the culture." No diversity. No real career opportunities unless you're in the CEOs inner circle. A strong Product team but with very little to show for it. This really isn't a SaaS company...to be honest I don't know what it is. My advice for anyone seriously considering working here, do proper due diligence and know what you're getting yourself into.

Pros

People mean well when they come jn

Cons

Toxic beyond belief. An entire hierarchy based on who the founder favors the most.
