Pros

This company is very ethical and because it is a knot for a profit that targets working with Christian it is very meaningful work.

Cons

Many of their processes and systems are either outdated or not fully equipped so it is hard to streamline your workflow.

Pros

Great company culture. Really good insurance products with competitive rates. Great training program for new advisors. Total freedom over your time and practice.

Cons

NO guaranteed salary. Pay for your own: office space, 50%+ of marketing expense that has to be Thrivent branded, pay for use of their software's and your license fees. Pay scale heavily favors top performing advisors who are generally legacy advisors who received developed practices from family members.
