Pros

Still a little bit of the Christian Faith left here. Can be kind of independent as a rep.

Cons

Massive control issues from the top. Manages to the lowest common denominator. Way to ultra Left since current CEO took over. She is overpaid. Total compensation (From Form 990) 2020 $6.8m, 2021 $10.7m. (57% increase). 2022 $14.5m. (36% increase) Did anyone else get these HUGE pay bumps in the organization?

Pros

Great Mission and people who truly care. Lots of support to get licensed.

Cons

No real support once you are on your own. If you join a team that doesn't care it can hurt. Tons of compliance hurdles that have nothing to do with regulatory bodies. Base salary falls off very quickly. You are a captured employee so no co-branding and everything you try to do as a business is controlled by Thrivent. They like to say "in business for yourself, not by yourself" but I'm feeling pretty by my self.
