Pros

Great benefits, paid time off is great.

Cons

Low pay compared to similar jobs across the country. Constant leadership changes with forced terminations. Lack of transparency. Poor employee communication. Poor guidance on policies for managers to effectively Manage their teams. Slow to make to changes and when there starts to be results a new leader comes in and fires people who doesn’t agree with them so then back to square one so all project efforts to spark change just falls to the wayside. CI efforts evidently aren’t important anymore. Fails to see talent and lets go of the wrong people who really could make a difference.
