The training is outdated., policy is different in every dept, too many people making up their own rules along the way. Rules constantly changing at home office to where you can't get work completed in a timely manner because they send one item back at a time to be corrected instead of all at once. They claim to be diverse but really cater to Lutherans or people with a lot of money. People will claim to be accepting but they are really just tolerate of outsiders. They cater to the advisers who bring in the big money.
