      Pros

      Ability to make an impact. Challenging work. Colleagues that are smart, creative, and think beyond their own personal benefit. Strong leaders. Young Professionals Network that helps build relationships.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow to change (it is a large established organization) and can be a bit self congratulatory. That being said, there are great leaders in the organization that are combating the slow change piece.

      Stuck in the past but a nice place to work

      Generous PTO, in-house cafeteria in the Appleton office, most colleagues are very nice people

      Cons

      HR shows you wide-open workplaces; in reality, you'll be in a cubicle. Some great managers but also some truly awful ones. A very conservative company -- claims to be tolerant of diversity but it is in name only. A lot of your colleagues will be people who are now in their 50s and 60s who have had the same job since the day they graduated high school. Don't expect a raise beyond 2% in a given year. Brown-nosing goes a long way here, as does bible-thumping.
