Used to be a great company

Pros

Flexible, can run your own practice the way you want for the most part.

Cons

Greatly reduced residual income to veteran advisors which also reduced 401k benefits unless your focus is solely on life insurance.

Pros

Work life balance is great! Pay is low and there are no stock options. Raises are small if there are any at all.

Cons

Leadership is lacking in the ability to make it happen. They have been talking about a growth strategy for 15 years and growing their field force. Unfortunately, they have had 2,000 financial representatives for the last 15 years and really no growth in reps.

Quiet quitter

Pros

Work from home option for personnel

Cons

I was told by manager that I would never get more than 2% raise in my role after working three people's jobs for multiple months. Working overtime which heavily impeded by work/life balance. I've never been so disrespected in my life so have been quiet quitting there for over a year and never been happier. Completely gave up trying as there is no point at this company. Extremely toxic!!
