Pros

The upside income potential is huge, and there is some inherent trust built in to being a rep for Thrivent. Their new fr financing program is pretty good.

Cons

There is a lot of turnover these days and members get pretty upset about that. It is full commission work after 18 months which is very difficult. Very few people are successful without being heavily involved in a church. So if you aren't religious, going to church every Sunday and getting heavily involved can be quite a challenge.

Pros

A not for profit company is a very unique work environment and provides a competitive advantage when comparing ourselves to any other insurance company.

Cons

Most people have no idea who we are and if they do they do not actually know what we do.

Pros

Great hours, flexibility to balance work and home lives. Variety of technologies to explore and increase proficiency in. Freedom to innovate and try new things.

Cons

Many areas work under a governance by consensus, policy and other decisions often set by large comittees with a low level of personal accountability.
