Pros

Lots of freedom. Genuinely nice people work at every level.

Cons

You are judged on the volume of life insurance sales and annuity sales. Period. There is little incentive not encouragement for a financial advisor to learn or grow giving financial advice. But, if you want to push a product, you’ll score. No base. Lower payout rates to other companies.

Pros

Christian associates and general Christ-centered atmosphere at large group events.

Cons

Most incentives are for permanent insurance and annuities. If you want to make it you must have other income or be willing to push those products to clients.
