Pros

The company itself is good and ethical. Products are fairly competitive. I was able to gain relatively valuable experience and make some good friends. Work-life balance was decent but depended on your department and/or manager. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Lots of: - Inconsistency across departments - Finger pointing - Hypocrisy - Arrogance - Instability Not enough: - Accountability - Recognition/appreciation - Proper on-boarding (except call centers?) - Cross training within departments

Pros

Cons

Operating expenses are burdensome; seems as though organization is struggling to reidentify itself; tendency is to political correctness.
