Pros

Generous PTO- if they allow you to use it. Decent pay. Allowed to work remotely and they supply the equipment.

Cons

Severe micromanagement - even from peers! Everyone- especially your coworkers are quick to point out any negatives- even if your still in training. Long term employees love to flaunt their tenure and if they don't like you they are very vindictive. Ex: I was reprimanded and almost written up because a "tenured coworker" did not personally like me and thought I had made a mistake. Come to find out, it wasn't me who made the mistake, it was another tenured employee who was training me. They will tell you you aren't on the end of a complaint line but that is an absolute lie! So not only are you mistreated and single out by tenured employees, but then you get treated horribly by their Financial Professionals. I've been called various names such as stupid, a waste of time, incompetent just to name a few by them.

Pros

The building is nice with a cafeteria.

Cons

Identity crisis. This company is going through re organization after re organization after re organization. Horrible training and development as no one has time for this. Recently let hundreds of employees go and left the remaining staff fighting to keep their jobs with skeleton crews and knowledge drain. Brought in a bunch of big wig, corporate types to clean house. You're either with us or against us type stance is rampant now. Management will find a way to separate you to save their jobs out of fear of losing their jobs. HR partners will just side with management. You will be held accountable and will pay for decades of mismanagement. Horrible technology with archaic operating systems. Cancel culture will eventually get you for providing your feedback if it’s not done anonymously. I would stay far, far away from this organization, specifically the operations center in Appleton, WI. All of this during the Covid pandemic and working from home struggles. Nice way to treat your people during the most difficult time in people’s lives. Employee relations went out the door with the re organizations.

Pros

Good incentives, some management is good.

Cons

Horribly micromanaged. Unnecessary meetings daily. Care more about the bottom line than their people. Try so hard to make the company look better and bigger than they actually are. They will get you through "Red Role" then offer you the next level but take away all your bonuses and benefits while still not paying you what they owe you for what you have already done. Claim to be a Christian organization then treat people like scum. The should be ashamed for preying on Christian's the way they do. Also, your starting pay will be less than a Mcdonald's employee and they will claim to hold your money in "escrow" when they really mean they have no intention of paying it to you. Least diverse company I have ever worked at.
