Pros

A lot of great people with a great mission and shared values to serve Christians and build community.

Cons

They have a lot of internal leadership challenges and a fraught relationship between corporate support and financial advisors and field leadership.

Pros

Remote work from home since employees refused to return to the office. Most stated they would quit than go back to the office. Thrivent listened.

Cons

Thrivent has lost clients every year for at least the last 15 consecutive years so annual raises are typically 3% which does not keep up with inflation. Some teams received an actual pay decrease from 2020 to 2023.
