Pros

Great pay and benefits. DEI initiative.

Cons

Not much of a work life balance, but it depends what department you are in and your team culture.

Pros

Solid company with a good reputation. Behind the times on some technology, but will get a solid understanding of FinTech.

Cons

Behind the times on technology.

Pros

Nice people all around who are passionate about their work and their values. Will pay you to study, train, and pass some of the necessary licensing exams. No 'throwing you to the wolves.'

Cons

Rather long interview process ranging from weeks to several months with multiple rounds of interviews and a fairly intensive 'pre-planning' exercise you must complete prior to the extension of an offer. Compensation after the trainee role appears overly complex and the firm is currently undergoing a transformation, which of course means bumps in the road and growing pains.
