Lots of growth & change = always need to be able to adapt, which is difficult.

The people! Also, the office cat, champagne Fridays, Donut Wednesdays, fun holiday parties, no dress code, flexible schedules.

Cons

The workload can be heavy

Pros

benefits, 401k matching after 6 months, a fair amount of PTO The job is independent, but you work with a team that can help with your day to day and helps take care of duties when taking time off.

Cons

Inconsistent workload, weeks can be very manageable, and then extremely overwhelming
