Pros

- Thriveworks has an excellent culture, for being virtual I feel so connected to my team. - There is excellent growth potential as things move quickly. - Working in the Mental Health space is a very rewarding, exciting field to be in. - Very flexible, friendly environment

Cons

- To some, fast growth is a con, I enjoy the fast paced environment but if you are someone who is specifically looking for very standard, set in stone procedures, this might not be the company for you.
