Everything. This company is poorly organized, unprofessional and downright bad to work for. They claim that to have a methodology, a 'special sauce' that makes them a top competitor in the telecommunications space. But they have nothing other than past glories to hang on to. The consultants are not very professional and the work is poorly designed and managed. Scope creep is a daily occurrence. This is a company by and for engineers; work that is non-technical (and non-telecommunications) is just not performed right. And if you're not technical, you're treated as a second rate employee.
This company has no discernible leadership; it is more of a fiefdom comprised of multiple chiefs vying for work and funding. Very similar to the telecommunications industry it serves. It seems that you're basically working on your own even for internal matters. Internal company support (i.e., HR, IT) is at best disinterested; at worst incompetent. You have to make a lot of noise to get someone's attention.
