Pros

Flexible Monday through Friday job. Everyone is friendly. Great customer interaction. If you want to learn about aviation this is the place to start.

Cons

Seems to always take a long time to get things done. Very minimum time off given to employees, basic holidays and not very much paid time off.

Pros

Was a great experience! Enjoyed the other flight instructors, and management I got to deal with. Friendly people really. Six packs!

Cons

Not very competitive in the pay side of things, but if you make yourself available its possible to break over 100 hrs a month no problem

Pros

Great company to work for. One of the best flight schools in MN and a very popular FBO known for excellent customer service and comfortable accommodations. Very willing to work with my personal schedule.

Cons

Pay is low, but that is typical for this line of business.
