There are no pros. The same benefits are offered by other government agencies. Work for one of them

Cons

Leadership is not supportive, and does not make transparent or good decisions. Prospective candidates are often lied to in an effort to recruit them. The County has the highest turnover rates I’ve ever seen. Save yourself the trouble, and work elsewhere
