      Pros

      Some really good people and a good product Nice perks and benefits Comfortable office, though a bit older Opportunity to excel with some hard work and persistence

      Cons

      Sometimes poor communication between teams and management.

      Pros

      Great work environment, exciting products, smart people. Opportunities to learn new skills and to participate in alpha/beta testing. Good work/home balance, flexibility re: schedule and telecommuting. Employees treated with trust and respect - no micro-management, at least in my experience.

      Cons

      I fear that management is not investing enough towards TiVo's future and is not open to innovative ideas. Marketing effort seems half-hearted.
