      Pros

      Fun technology, easy going culture. Amazing at throwing nice family oriented parties.

      Cons

      Hard to read. Heading in 5 different directions at all times, yet lack of urgency. Caught in the middle between a startup and big company. Lacking at spending adequate quality time to plan and do things efficiently; instead always playing catchup in reactive mode. Far too much red tape (CYA) for this size company.

      Pros

      Working on interesting problems in a fast changing industry. Who can complain about making TV better for people. Nice work/life balance. The company really does care about employees. Customer focused. Much of the company is really focused on the end customer and how to make their experience better. It is a good group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Sometimes chaotic. Many different projects going on at the same time. Many different people sometimes involved in relatively simple decisions.
