      * friendly, helpful workers * family-focused environment with huge celebrations for Halloween, Summer BBQ, Winter Holidays and their own Blue Moon Holiday * decent salary and benefits * awesome products and service

      Cons

      currently undergoing management changes and layoffs leaving employees that are left there with overloaded with work and no plan alleviate the workload.

      Excellent people to work with.

      Cons

      Environment changed rapidly due to the Rovi buyout .. not in a good way. Many cutbacks. More offshoring being done.

      Team work is great. Have your own space. stage open of discussions. No day to day monitoring as long as the time lines are met.

      Cons

      Medical is expensive. Other benefits are not that great.
