I have worked for Tidelands Health for 20 years and it has been a fabulous place to work. I love the unit I work on and I love my coworkers. Our unit has a true family feeling and our teamwork and professionalism is second to none!

Cons

I really haven"t had a downside to working with Tidelands.

CEO is a visionary who is concentrating on top quality patient care and keeping the organization financially sound knowing difficult times are coming Very advanced information systems for a community healthcare system

Cons

Communication between management and staff is poor, information does not flow down to the line staff as it should Docs are overly catered to
