you truly can know everyone you work with it's so small. staff seems stable. pay is comparable, small town atmosphere. free parking.Cute ole fashioned town with lots of outside things to do.

Cons

Felt terrible about the care I was forced to deliver. never enough help to do things safely. Jobs dont seem to go to best qualified- jobs go to the one who has the best "corporate values". Cut cost over patient care. Terrible MD staff who must get kickbacks for everything. Staff very unfriendly to folks without insurance. Physicians are the customers, yes believe it. Staff is blamed for everything.

Good benefits and competitive pay. Health programs to encourage you to eat right, exercise, etc. Overall decent moral amongst departments.

Cons

Typical interpersonal conflicts that you find anywhere you work. Some staff very good at getting others to do their work for them. Frustrating! Also, good old boy (girl) relationships in some areas.
