Pros

In general, you get to work with nice people. The company offers great benefits and perks.

Cons

Top management isn't supportive and like to play politics. Lacking culture these days and management often does whatever they please at the moment.

Pros

- the people are amazing: so smart, passionate and committed to the mission and tides clients - they pay well (for non profit) - the fastest way to become an expert in the social impact universe is to work here— they work with cool grassroots non profits, individuals, foundations and companies - location is beautiful

Cons

- too much leadership transition - previous CEO and VP (now gone) left a sore spot for tides culture but things are improving now
