Pros

Free soda, water, coffee, tea Mints in the lobby Rampant gossip (if that's your daily work-life thing) including from "Management"

Cons

1980s mentality approach to most everything from the top down. “Be happy you have a job” style. “Encouraged to be part of the solution” as long as it aligns with what they want to hear and you fall in line with what they want done. 95% of any recognition from above only comes when a sales person scores a large monthly revenue purchase, lower amounts get no acknowledgement. For the rest of us it only means more work without recognition. The bus comes at people forward and backwards with no support nor real know how of leadership - especially when middle management feels threatened for being exposed as useless or ineffective. Right hand is clueless, left hand has no clue leaving everyone else stuck in the middle. Set people up to fail is their way of life. Good people leave when used up / fed up with the constant lack of direction and blame game. Less than stellar people who should be gone are dug in. Blame game everywhere. Micromanagers In every department. Useless and ineffective management in many areas. Temper tantrums, back stabbing, toxic “leadership” at all levels. Zero culture. Little to no lead by example. Constant chaos and lack of direction (no, this is not what "fast paced environment" is supposed to mean) Priorities change on a daily basis (then refer back to the top of this list) Little to no advancement opportunity. If you want to care about the work you do and the company you work for because they give back, stay away from Tierpoint. It's not a two way street by any stretch of the imagination.
