Pros

Relaxed environment, with some degree of downtime.

Cons

Very uncompetitive base pay, no bonuses, no year-end raises. If you work as a Site Technician, there are no positions above you besides Site Director, so there is nowhere to grow. Even if you are promoted out to an engineering team, the pay for those positions is not very competitive either. You can do the exact same work in many other places and be paid much more.

Pros

I haven't always enjoyed working here, or at the company I was with before getting acquired by Tierpoint, but I'm pretty happy with where I am now. I really feel good about the team I'm in, and when I need to collaborate with other departments, that friendly and open, too. Benefits seem good, although only having worked here recently, I'm not actually sure how they compare. More PTO than I know what to do with, and the company is very accommodating of work/life balance.

Cons

I don't know what I would have put for a con before my company asked me to write a review on Glassdoor, but after signing up, I see that I'm making significantly less money than Glassdoor says I should be making for my location and position, so that feels bad. I was happy with my salary until 5 minutes ago, though.
