Pros

Growing Company, Room for Advancement, Pay is Decent, Remote Work. What you learn from working there will make you a rockstar somewhere else.

Cons

Some of the people, mostly those who have worked there in the past did more complaining than working. Had to bring cheese to work everyday to go with the Whine! Its a business not a social club, and we are there to do a job not to make buddies.

Change is Here

Pros

They are investing in several functions to bring in top talent, and they are finally shifting to becoming a CX designed company. They acquired so many entities and the bad reviews here reflect the growing pains. The good news is that great decisions are being made to position the company for growth. The industry is looking at TierPoint more than ever before and things are shifting in the right direction. It will only get better.

Cons

The change is not complete yet, but that is the opportunity for anyone coming...they are so open to allowing outside, new talent helping to shape the future of the company. Not all functions are centralized, but changes are happening there too to consolidate multiple offices within the same region.

Growing Pains

Pros

Flexible working conditions (for most positions), enjoyed working with my direct colleagues. Lots of work to be done. Benefits are above average, company is financial sound.

Cons

Disorderly operations - excessive process and excessive layers of management. Many important integration decisions were made with haste or by individuals not aware of their surroundings (outside consultants or completely green people brought in). A steady drain of talent has arisen the past few years, customer experience has suffered.
