      Great opportunity to work with different types of technologies. Local and regional management is heavily engaged with personal and professional growth of their employees.

      Cons

      Ever-growing knowledge-base = more work-load with no immediate compensation. Training and work-load is very chaotic and unorganized.

      There are no cons to speak of, but if you're not used to working in a fast paced and high growth environment then you may find yourself challenged. Tierpoint is growing very fast and that means processes and workflows have to be adjusted quickly and tactically based on business needs. It's nothing unusual for a company of our size and is a natural progression as the company continues to hold its place as a top leader in the industry.
