      Fun to work at with possibilities of exposure to some interesting projects with the Space Center.

      Small company, limited to the local market/contracts.

      Pros

      Small company, no hiring/laying-off/firing cycle Talented, friendly coworkers of all experience levels and backgrounds Well-organized (at least compared to exclusively-paper work companies) due to process management software created in-house Everyone's opinion is respected Great benefits, including some NASA perks depending on position Flexible work hours, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Salary is reasonable, though may not be the most competitive pay depending on the field. However, the flexible schedule and benefits can easily outweigh the difference. Most of company's work is through NASA, which has been suffering from budget cuts. This has resulted in a few layoffs when entire projects get canceled by NASA or other reasons out of Tietronix' control.
