Pros

Great team, ok pay, learn a lot about logistics.

Cons

No support with belligerent customers, give away everything for free with the slightest complaint, managers micro-manage and racially profile and bully employees. Hostile and shark store environment of blame. Don't worry about working hard, because if you're one minute late from lunch enough times, they'll fire you (6 people since I started for that reason alone). HR gossips and doesn't file any reports. Very unprofessional. Serious retaliation by management if you go to HR.

Pros

The benefits, working for a company with a long standing tradition of excellence.

Cons

Managers who play favorites and pretend like they have an ‘open door policy’ but when you speak up against their lack integrity and how they permit racism or an unbalanced workload you get passed over for advancement or fired for having and wanting others to have higher standards.
