Pros

Good pay and benefits. Products are beautiful and brand is trusted. Great employee discount on merchandise. Beautiful stores and ambiance.

Cons

No support from management, old school policies and computer systems. The sales floor is a free for all. There is zero sense of teamwork. It is like a shark tank. If you have seniority you are allowed to treat other employees however you want.
