Pros

Great history and brand. Discounts and benefits are terrific.

Cons

New York needs to listen to the sales professionals more for product development and assortment needs. Not enough promotions from within the company.

Pros

Management listens to your input no matter how long you are with the company. Everyone respects each other. High level of guest satisfaction. Management takes employees out to dinners and movies when quotas are met or for holidays.

Cons

Use of a time clock. Sales quotas are quite high. Seasoned employees are given too much slack when they do not contribute. Strict dress code.

Pros

The employee discount along with the employee store

Cons

I feel that with the expansion of Tiffanys throughout Los Angeles has lessened it exclusivity. They have become Starbucks. The mall stores never had stock and made it very difficult to sale and make our goals. We live in an instant gratification society- people come in to make a purchase and walk out with a blue bag- why would we place the order for them when they can do it from home.
