Pros
Compensation is very generous, given the nature of the work. Benefits are excellent. You have the chance to really develop a relationship with your clients and have them enrich you. Cache and name help with closing sale.
Cons
If you've got a good management team that knows what they're doing, you're all set. If not, and you've got management that just wants suckups, then it's not fun. Just focus on doing your job and doing it well in that case and don't be one of the brown nosers.
